After what seems like a long hiatus, I got to the gym and did 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on the treadmill. I really have to step up the pace if I am going to make my goal, but I think I can do it!

I did 20 min on TM this afternoon which puts me at 1010/1000. I was so dedicated to doing some kind of exercise everyday, I think I need to increase my goal for next month!
no more dr visits, no more being oh so careful (ok so I will stiil be a little bit careful). However, my tendon's on my toe are very tight so my big toe sticks up slighly but hopefully with some more time it will loosen, if not and it's bugging me I can have it fixed with an other surgery...YUCK!
