August Exercise Challenge

Please add 230 minutes to my total (waterskiing, running over the past 5 days). 720+230=950 for my new total! I'm halfway! (a little late in the game, but halfway all the same!) Thanks so much!
 
Yay!! Got my LW of 10 miles in this morning in the rain. With warm up, cool down, and stretching gives me 162 minutes. That brings me to 1145! :dance3:

As for me I've done 60 min more for yesterday and today for a new grand total of 1070/1000. :)

Please add 70 minutes onto my total for this morning's run that turned into a big ol' walk -- just glad to have done it! So, updated total should be: 1020 minutes.

Yesterday I went to the gym for 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on the elliptical. This morning I went to Bosu Fitness class (60min) followed by 35 minutes on the recumbent bike.

55 min walk today and I am up at 830/800!!!! I am over :) :) :)

Lots of walking today - all over the Inner Harbor/Federal Hill & Camden Yards in Baltimore. Those cheap seats were good for a bazillion stairs!
 
Catching up on my posting again...

5.2 mi on Thursday the 17th = 80 min
3 mi walking on Friday the 18th = 45 min
4.5 mi biking on Friday the 18th = 40 min
15 mi walking on Saturday the 19th = 240 min

That adds 405 for a grand total of 1470/1500.

I've got a 16 mi walk scheduled today (Arrrrrgh!) but the good news is that I should actually reach my goal a little early this month. I am beat today -- too many chores yesterday and too little sleep. But, those long walks are required if I want to do the marathons I've scheduled.

Yesterday, I walked 7.63 mi in 132 min and then spent 3 hours walking around the fair. I am only claiming 90 min as exercise. That brings me to 1112/1500.
 
60 min (4.25 mile) run this morning, now 1205/1300, I think I should be able to make it!! :sunny:
 
Wow - I have been super busy and haven't updated for awhile but I have been getting my exercise in :sunny:

My updated total is 1280/1500 - I need to get moving to make my goal by the end of the month but I think I can do it!!
 
I just got back from Total Body Conditioning class (60min) and Abs-n-Buns class (30min). I think I might fall just short of my goal this month... :guilty:

We got inspired to go on another 30min. walk tonight. Total is 1770/1600.
 
60 minutes of interval training on the treadmill today....

644/800 for me. :)
