Ack, I was sick this past week so went from being kind of behind my goal to being really behind my goal. *sigh* Oh well, I managed to get out this morning for a power walking session solo and with my pup. That and a couple of weight sessions has me up to 1090/2000.
One thing was encouraging though, I really missed the activity. Although this morning was more of a slog than I wanted it to be, I'm glad to be back amongst the breathing.
