August Exercise Challenge-Movin' and Losin' into Fall

Back from camping - we had a great time :thumbsup2 - and were able to get in some good walks and short hikes.

Still a little worried, I won't make my goal, because we are starting our taper to the half we are running on the 4th. Thanks CC!

Getting close but I'm gonna have to bust a move to make my goal this month!

8/25 90 boot camp + cross ramp and treadmill
8/26 20 stairs!

8/28 90 boot camp + last half of spin class :crazy2:
 
I'm not giving up yet!

And I'm meeting friends at the gym tonight and tomorrow. Phew!

On a side note, I had my annual physical today. (I hate doctor's office scales!) I am down 20 pounds from a year ago, and my doctor said my weight was "perfect" - although I would like to be 20 pounds lighter. She was VERY impressed with my exercise habits. I just need to work on getting my LDL (bad) cholesterol number down.

This has been a really crazy month with way too much going on, which is why I haven't been updating. I ended up at 1,082/1,200 which I'm very happy about! And even better than that, I'm down a size :cool1: Can't wait for September!
