August Exercise Challenge-Movin' and Losin' into Fall

Phew ... I'm glad to get my walk in early today, it's going to be a hot mess out there.
 
I'll set a more reasonable goal this month of 1800 minutes, if I get to it, it will make 3 straight months of breaking the 1800 minute mark, but will be only the 4th time since 2006.

DreamBeliever--my DS (only child) is going to be starting his second year at University of South Carolina! So that means we should be mortal enemies, right?:rotfl: :hug: The transition is hard, but survivable. Glad I got my work out in before the storms we're supposed to get this afternoon!! I'm ready for some cooler fall weather :thumbsup2

Hey, all! Yikes, I'm behind schedule already:

Sunday: 0
Monday: 40 (I was exhausted!)
Tuesday: 60 :)
Wednesday: 70 :thumbsup2
Thursday: 0 :guilty:
Friday: 88 :thumbsup2

So that's 258/1890, 14%. Need to pick it up so I don't have to do multi-hour workouts at the end of the month!

I missed a few walk away the pound days. But I did 60 minutes of cardio drumming, as I call it, on Wed. I go at Band Hero on expert and don't stop it leaves me sweaty and burns about 500 calories. I got in 30 min WATP today as well as a 60 minute swim.

I am at 210/1000 Gonna step it up so I can make my 1000. :cool1:

I was marked wrong on there but doesn't matter this new one will take care of it.

I had a great walk this morning :woohoo: and it wasn't too hot and humid.

I'm so excited that the W&D Half is just around the corner. I can almost smell the cheddar beer soup waiting for me at the finish line ... nummy
 
I'm at 225/1000 this month, thanks to a 85 min run/walk on this beautiful morning. It makes me excited for fall and i haven't even had my summer vacation yet.:rotfl:

8/7 90 boot camp + cardio

I had a really hard time gritting through boot camp today! :worried: I tried spin class for the 1st time - once on Monday and once on Wednesday - and I think it definately took me to a new level this week. :faint:

Of course, my weight loss wasn't as good this week as last week. :crazy2:
 
Hopefully I can still join. I would like to do 1000 min. So far I have done:
Walking golf course while DH golfed: 180 min
Walk at home: 45 min
Total= 225/1000 min
