For those of you with really large goals (2500...3000) - is that all workout time, or are you counting daily activities? I consider 60-70 minutes of pure "exercise" per day, 6 days a week to be plenty! While I could workout 2 hours a day, I sure don't want to!

8/15 20 mins walking
8/16 90 mins upper body w/trainer + cardio
8/17 60 mins core w/trainer + cardio
8/18 60 mins spin class

August 18 - 62 strength
August 19 - 65 cardio

Hi Everyone,

I forgot to post that I updated a few days ago. I just updated as well. Please let me know if I made any mistakes.

I'm just over 50%. Planning lots of exercise this weeken. I WISH it would warm up so I would feel like swimming.

Where do you live?! Most of the country is hoping for cooler weather!

Also, I've been so tired lately from intense INSANITY workouts, and from working on two major writing projects due by 31st. It might be logical to ease on the exercising, but I don't want to back away from my goals--once again. So what about recovery drinks, would they help? Does anyone have a brand they can recommend, hopefully on the natural side?

Thanks, CC and all! :)

I'm at 1107/1700.

We're in the 90s again this weekend. I guess we're getting up at 5:30 again tomorrow for our long run. I need to bottle some of this heat and save if for February!:goodvibes

Go ahead and change my goal to my normal 3000. Thanks CC!

I live in southern New England. It is supposed to be mid-70s today and rain all day. I don't think it's been over 80 all week. Hope you get some relief soon!

No problem. Unfortunately, I can't help you with recovery drinks. I drink water. But, I've also never tried INSANITY. Good luck with everything you have on your plate!

All updated!

After our long run yesterday, I am now at:

1293/1700.

Still a little worried, I won't make my goal, because we are starting our taper to the half we are running on the 4th. Thanks CC!

Larrabe--a lot of people drink chocolate milk for a recovery drink. We tried it after our 13 mile run on Saturday, and I can't decide how I feel about it. It was a little too sweet and thick for me (2% milk), but on the other hand, I did not crash when I got home. Good luck finding something that works.:goodvibes

Aug. 22 - 55 strength
Aug. 23 - 0...I am enjoying a day off after 9 workout days in a row!
