They're here!!! They're here!!! I am doing the document dance! We received our cruise documents direct from DCL via UPS sometime today! I booked through Dreams Unlimited and paid off in time to make 90 day on-line ressies. WHOO HOO!!! They are here!

This is our first cruise. Kind of nervous. Was looking at the Land & Sea and decided to go for it on the 7 day cruise. Looking forward to it. Reading lots on the boards and getting more excited everyday.

Still no docs
I didn't have too much response to my request for stateroom #, dinner seatings, etc. I guess we are all much too busy packing.
Since half of our family leaves for WDW on 8/21 (Nick and myself)
I will have to put this list aside. Two weeks from today I will be in Disney World. I have to pack, organize my house, etc. Tim has told be he will pack for himself......truly a scary thought. But since he doesn't fly down until 8/25, it seems like the best idea. So if you see a bald guy with mismatched clothes....He belongs to me.
I made myself the sun T-shirt with the Mickey icon. Lime green shirt of course. I will probably wear that the first day.
Where or Where can my cruise docs be?

Got my docs today. Since they have the on-line check in now, the docs consist of nothing but the Bahama's Immigration form and the luggage tags.

Just checking in, haven't done so in a while. Door signs are done! Yay!

Still trying to pack/put stuff aside, but the minute I iron and put things in the "Disney bin", the kids are stealing them back to wear! Arghhhh!

Pirate costumes have kind of been a pain to find for the four of us...hopefully Halloween costumes will be coming out to the stores soon, becuz online search has been hit or miss.

Oh god of the cruise docs - please send us our docs. We anxiously await them as we continually pile our cruise "stuff" in the cruise laundry basket we set up in the corner of our bedrooms two months ago and will need an extra suitcase to fit.

It's been a while since I checked in. So, I've got a bunch of reading to do!

Celestine sent me a picture of her family and some basic informatio for the website. So, I've updated the website. Added a picture of us while I was at it. This will make it much easier to find each other at the Meet and Greet. Someone decide on an indoor location and I'll update the site. Right now we're meeting by the pool.

Cruise Docs DID come yesterday
Although not nearly as exciting as when they came for our last cruise. Most of the docs are completed online. I did fill in our Bahama immigration forms. What I could figure out. I know one of the CM's at the port helped me with the one section.
Thanx to julia & nick's mom on the Creative Dis, I have more door sign done. Well, not completely done, but I have the pic for it anyway. Gotta start somewhere.
Gotta get back to work. Or at least try to work.

We are going the brunch on Thursday at 11 am with DisneyDad1960. We are doing dinner at Palo on Tuesday at 8:30.

I have Tuesday 6pm Palo ressies. Of course it's contingent on DD being okay with the clubs. I think she'll love, but DH is still skeptical. Can you cancel onboard or will they still charge you?

Hi everyone. Welcome to new travelers. We also received our docs this past week.


PIRATE CLOTHES ALERT---Found POTC shirts at Sears marked down to 7.99!! Got one for my son as he won't dress as a pirate, but it's a really cool skull shirt. The other one has a skull shirt already-PINK- which is actually a popular color for boys here in N Y this summer. Whatever!

I think we have PAlo brunch on Sunday and dinner on Thursday. I have to check.

What excursions is anyone doing? My husband and son are looking into deep sea fishing. They love it! Is anyone interested? IT's pricey, but the more ppl you have the less it costs. LEt me know.

I know we'll be by the pool the first day, but we can do the meet inside later on. Maybe after the sailaway party? I don't know much about the ship, so someone with experience will have to decide!
