SNOW!!!!!

I am done with that. I don't want to see any more snow until Dec. 25 and even then I'm not sure.

It is going to be a HOT, STICKY weekend. PERFECT Time to break out the Sangria and beach chair

The snow was to make everyone feel cool during this very hot and sticky weekend!!!!! Besides it was the only photo I had in my DIS Photo Gallery of "Old Glory."

I took this photo in February, the weekend before the blizzard hit. I submitted this photo to Comcast.net photo of the day, and they used it.

I have used this before and it is the best rate I (usually) find for this hotel.
We have reserved for the Dophin and Sting Ray excursion on St. Maarten. - Will also reserve for the Parasaiiing at Castaway Cay for Stephen.....hey, this is getting EXPENSIVE!

Just checked, this is good for 1-4 people in the room, we have six in our room. For those who only have 1-4 in your room, you might want to check it out.

I'm not sure the coupon is good for people already booked. This is the disclaimer at the bottom of the coupon. I will bring it anyway, just in case.

Andy -Re: Roomsaver.com coupon - You can try w/coupon in hand at check-in - maybe they will allow it?
FYI - I just spoke w/DCL and ALL Parasailing times are filled - Oh My - I NEVER thought to call this far in advance - my grandson will be SO disappointed if there are no cancellations! I will just have to call periodically to check and hope for an opening! He will have to go up with a "Buddy" as I don't think he weighs 90 lbs. (he's small for his age) - I had hoped to wait until he meets a friends (bigger) on the ship! Now, it looks as if I will have to reserve for either my husband or me to go up with him, should a time open up ) - I'm pretty sure some time will open up - don't you think?)
I did get a time for the Banna Boat Ride (10:30)

Re: Roomsaver.com coupon - I never had trouble using the coupon at check in (even with prior reservations) - I just cancel the prior resevation at the desk (no penalty before 6, I think - but check to make sure) and then I can use the coupon -

You are only two post away from getting your DIS Veteran Status!!! That's a shame about the parasailing, I just signed up on Monday for our parasailing. I wanted the 11:30 time slot, but DCL gave me the 10:30 slot. I guess that's all they had available. I know my DD would have been upset, if I didn't make the reservation in time.

We probably won't get to the Radisson until after 6pm, our flight is due in around 5:30, then we have to pick up our rental car and drive over. I'm printing out the coupon, if I can't use it, maybe someone else checking in will be able to use it.

That's the same kind of room we booked, with 6 of us, we needed the extra beds and room!!!

I like your thinking Lisa, I think that's the kind of thinking(impractical), that has me parasailing with my DD. At least, that's what I can blame it on, LOL!!!

I booked 2 slots for parasailing at 11:30. I may end up canceling. If I do I'll send you an email first then we can coordinate for me to cancel then you can call and get the ressie, or I might be able to give them your name. Again, I'm just not sure what I'm going to do.

Congrats on making your DIS Veteran Status Renee, here's hoping you get that parasailing time as well. So it was Mindy who had the 11:30 time slot I requested.

Got 2 slots for parasailing at 12:30pm and will be doing the Rhino Rider and Snorkle at St. Maarten for 1:45pm......look forward to anyone else being at these excursions at those times.....Andy

we are thinking of doing the Pinel Island Snorkel Tour on St. Martin. Not sure about St. Thomas. dh and dds want to do the air-tram on St. Thomas. I think I will wait for them on the botton. I could never do the SkyWay at WDW. I don't like being more than 1 ft off the ground. On CC I think we are just going to lounge around the beach. Target had a bunch of beach toys-floats, rings, etc on sale. They pack up small -only if they have never been opened .

Andy - Just noticed you are booked for April 2005 - Do you book with points? Are the DVC points out yet for 2005? We are also DVC members and have used our points for 3 prior Disney cruises, also used points for the 8/23 cruise. Thanks for the info.
