Breeze Airways flight from Norfolk to LA diverted due to unruly passenger

I can tell you that a man waving a skateboard while yelling racist slurs on an airplane was not on my bingo card this morning.

I'm surprised that the passengers didn't beat the crap out of this guy - it's bad enough to be on a 5 hour flight across the country, but to get diverted for 7 extra hours? Yikes.

Well I was wanting to see if he was from the 757, but he was a 46 year old from LA. lol
I am shocked that no one cleaned his clock with him waving a skateboard around.
ORF is more known for how many passengers leaving there will take their loaded or unloaded weapon trying to go through security in their luggage.

LOL the first person I thought of was the moron that brought a skateboard as his personal item on Survivor Thailand.

They let him bring a skateboard as a personal item or carry-on?

It’s nice that an airline like Breeze fills a niche by providing non-stop service to LAX from smaller airports like ORF, even if it may only be two or three times a week. I’m sure you’d have to take a connecting flight on the major airlines.

I have used Breeze. Here in Raleigh getting connection to Burlington, Vermont, where I lived for 63 years is non-stop. The flight originates in Tampa stops in Raleigh and then goes on to Vermont changing a 15 hour drive or a 6 hour connecting flight to 100 minutes. Quite the time saver.
