To those that have made ressies at the Curacao Aquarium did they charge your Credit Card in advance, or will that be done at the time of the excursion?
Also was it Renee that said they can't guarantee the Dolphin Swim because cruise ships may want the spaces?
I want to call this week but want the info in advance of calling/emailing.. Also what date are we in Curacao?
Cheers,
Grumbo
I have reserved an Animal Adventure Snorkel excursion at the Aquarium. I just checked with my credit card company and it HAS already been charged.

I was UNHAPPY with the statement that in the event of cancellations no refunds are available. I contacted Mark de Hoo, Manager of the Curacao Aquarium by e-mail to clarify this. He has replied to reassure me that it's obviously not feasible to reschedule our excursions to another day, so this will not apply. However, I also got confirmation from him that, in the unlikely event that the ship is unable to dock in Curacao as scheduled, he will honour full refunds. (Apparently Curacao is not in the hurricane zone and he's never heard of a cruiseship unable to dock in Curacao.)
Hopefully this information helps!
