To those with GTY's run don't walk to the DCL website and check your room assignments!!! I have mine and I'm so EXCITED!!! I got 8088, one of my favorite locations, AFT and with a CLEAR veranda!!!! I'm so happy right now!!! So no upgrade to a cat 3, but that was far fetched anyway!!! I started dancing right here in my house! I also think I have the honor of being right down the hall from Mindy!!!!!

Hey Lori, Congratulations!!! that's great news. i just checked my ressie and it's still showing cat 12 gty. what catgory # is cabin 8088?

8088 is a cat 4. That's what we booked a cat 4 gty. We never changed to the cat 12 gty. Didn't want I give up balcony.

The way I figure it is that they have to work from the top down...a trickle down effect if you will!

Had you looked earlier today, or was this the first check?

I was on the magnets thread and he's done your magnet pictures already - I tried to save it off that email and it comes up a thumbnail, I don't know how to get the actual size.

she got one that she said she'd share with all of us...it's really cool...go to the first magnet thread on the main cruise board, second to last page...it's got mickey as the sorcerers apprentice casting a spell on the ship and it's nightime and says our cruise...I like it...I have a bunch from my last cruise and I had one other one requested.

This was the first look today. I was busy today booking our cruise for next summer. We're canceling our DCL cruise to Alaska and are sailing NCL in a penthouse suite instead! The dates are better with us heading out west with the kids school (sails sun to sun, instead of tues-tues like the wonder). We're doing a week in the southwest states before heading to Seattle. Also leaves from Seattle, which probably will be cheaper airfare. This was the cruise we had booked for this summer, but cancelled to go on this one. Also, I think I might know someone in the Seattle area to use a tour guide...........

I wanted to let everyone know that I did a page for the kids journal, I did the first sea day. It was facts about the Disney Magic and ship words.

By mistake, I sent it to Mary instead of to Crazy4Dals. I thought Mary was co-ordinating the journal pages, oops.

Mary did you forward it on to Crazy4Dals (sorry can't remember your name right now!) or should I send to her?

Hope everyone is gearing up for a great 4th of July weekend. It is so great to be in the USA!!!

Hi SuperStar94! We are just getting into all of the magnet stuff for our door, we have two cabins (one for me and DH and one for DGM, DS and DD) so we have two doors! We have some Mickey ears, some happy birthday magnets and various other Mickey heads, we also have some name tags. I am a bit worried about our magnets getting stolen or going missing since I just read about it on an other thread. (We are trying to make them very personal so no one will want them! ) We have so much to pack! Pirate costumes, SHOES, magnets..........
