Aug./Which night is the worst for any park?

I'm trying to pick a night for the luau, and want to pick the night that we would least likely want to be in any of the parks. I'm thinking Sat. night would be the most crowded in the parks?? Any feedback? Thanks

Sat night would be the most crowded at MK. I avoid Sat. at any park even in December.

August is still a busy time, but gets less busy the closer to September you get.
