ATTN: Disney Stockholders! Update from prior Post

A couple of weeks ago I asked if anyone else had still not received their Disney stockholder's proxy, annual report, etc. I tried to locate that post on the search, but it didn't come up. I know several folks on here indicated they also had not received their stockholder's information.

We've been calling and calling Disney to get our proxy so that we might vote our stock. We've also been told by Disney "it's in the mail". Well, today we call and find out that the time has now passed to vote through proxy in the mail. How convenient. . . The Disney rep also said they are currently processing over 300 stockholder claims for voting privileges due to "missing" proxies.

Apparently, Disney is able to arrange for a verbal vote directly with the accounting firm responsible for tallying the votes. We asked for that option and will be exercising it. If anyone has not yet received their annual report information in the mail--and you wish to vote--you need to contact stockholder relations and make arrangements for an online vote or telephone vote.

I voted yesterday on-line @ www.proxyvote.com there is a section on savedisney.com with some info on voting.

Votes MUST be in online by 11:59ET. We put ours in. Followed whatever SaveDisneysaid to....Eisner is hopefully outta there
