Atlantic City Airport Parking

I just got this great rate from Spirit Airlines from Atlantic City to MCO the week before Easter. $182.00 per person including taxes. The last time I flew Spirit Air out of Atlantic City, I had a friend take us to the airport because of the lack of parking space available. I've heard that they have built a new parking facility and the price is $4.00 per day. Has anyone here used it? The drive for us is about 40 minutes and I don't want to get there only to find there is no parking available. Thanks.

They did add to the parking lot. I checked out their web page and it says the lot holds 1500 cars now. Its much better then it was...people used to have to park all along the road...it was a mess.

Thanks pezheadval. I checked out the site and it looks like the new parking area has been completed since December 2001. Hopefully I won't have a problem finding a parking space. It is around a holiday though.

I actually had this problem at the Philly airport where the econo lot was full. They were giving vouchers so people could park in the garage parking. The problem with Atlantic City airport is that there is no additional parking anywhere.

We flew out of AC last fall with no problem. We parked in basically an empty lot and returned to the same. I remember paying around $30 for the week, but I'd call and check just to be sure. It was very convenient.

We left our car there for 10 days in August and will do again for 12 days in November. We arrived at 10 a.m. on a Saturday and had no problem finding a spot in Long Term Parking! I cannot say enough about AC airport. It makes flying fun! It is 4.00 a day. A bargain!
