Our party of 7 spent Friday evening at TOTW after our amazing dinner at CA Grill. We claimed the little curtained alcove to the left as you enter

Amy, our awesome server informed us it's called

THE BOOM BOOM ROOM. Now you know.

We've been laughing about it all weekend.

And we were glad to see that the lounge was packed. Hope it was profitable. Our guests loved the experience!!!

I'll never forget the service I got from Mike and Amy during one of the 4th of July fireworks nights. HI GUYS! if you're reading this. Wanted to stop in last month when we were down for the Halloween party...but never got a chance to head over there.

My kids are still playing with the glow cube from one of our drinks this summer.

We used that alcove a few ago. We had a birthday cake sent up to TOWL for my dd and surprised her! Had a great time and felt like we had a little private area all to ourselves.

Hey!! We were staying at BLT during Fouth of July week too and we were up at the lounge just about every night including a late night hanging out with Mike and Amy chatting after closing. They did mention that that they (and other cast members) read these boards so we all need be careful what we say on here!! lol

They did mention that that they (and other cast members) read these boards so we all need be careful what we say on here!! lol

I don't see if as a be careful what you say, as long as you report your own experience....not a rumor or "what you've heard." Like anyone else....I'd get annoyed too if people were talking trash about me (meaning bad service if I was a server there) if it weren't true. The other problem with that is just in a circle of friends I have we all have varied levels of expectations of service. we've been out and I thought our service was great, another in the group complained. I've never had anything below what I feel are reasonable expectations for a lounge, but others may disagree.

Like anything else, just because you read it on the internet, doesn't mean it's true...and that includes the disboards.

I wondered what went on in those rooms.

We've sat in the lounge a few times, but I prefer the terrace. I enjoy the view and breeze from outside. I'll go inside to grab a few beers and then bring them outside. Wish they would do outside service, and hope they keep it open next year for all DVC members as well, just not those staying at BLT.
