Can anyone offer me an email address that I can use to commend some Disney employees for the assistance they have been offereing me? I am sure this is buried in some other thread somewhere, but if any of you happen to know it, I would really appreciate the info.

Just to let you know....when I got back from my trip in Oct, I sent a letter to the
snail mail address commenting on how much we enjoyed our trip and giving praise to our KTTK tour guide, Matthew. I complimented the CBR, and our Mousekeeper and several of the restaurants we enjoyed. About 3 - 4 weeks later, I actually got a phone call from the Executive offices in Disney letting me know that they recieved my letter and that each establishment or person I mentioned were notified of my letter.
She also said she knew Matthew and thanked me for my good comments about him....It really made me feel special and like they really cared about my opinion! I appreciated the call and told her that!!!!
