What grade do you teach? I know what you mean about the kids - try being a substitute and getting anything done this time of year!

I like the new BM dresses, similar in style to the old ones but at least you don't have to worry about wrinkles! Everything else looks really cute too, looks like you got a lot since last update!

I teach pre-k... since they are 4/5 they already have ants in their pants so it makes it next to impossible haha But i feel your pain about subbing!

Thanks, They are very similar so not too big of a change but i really feel it will be one less thing i have to stress over on the wedding day.

No... i'm always willing to share! Her name is twistedwords. She does amazing work and i'm super dooper happy with her everything but (isn't there always a but?) she is slow. It took me like 2 months to finally get mine in the mail. I think it's due to a increase of orders! So if you really like it then I say order it now so you KNOW you will have it for your wedding. I'm sure you could wait and then pay a rush fee but

Ooh...I feel your pain! I teach kindergarten and my kids are so over school! And my smart little self planned the wedding for the Saturday after school is out! So the last day with the kids is Wednesday, I do one day of preplanning on Thursday (and miss Friday) and then get married on Saturday! I don't know what I was thinking! I have so much to do for both the wedding, and the end of the school year at the same time!

Hi everyone!!!

I’ve missed my disbride family…. I’ve been super busy. Jordan & I took a trip down to Disney last week! We had a great time…. && had an engagement shoot!! Geeze I feel like a little kid at Christmas I just have so much to tell everyone. AHHHH where to start?

SOOO many updates.

Before I left to go down to Florida I worked on & created several props for us to use in our shoot with Mr. Randy Chapman. Which by the way, he was absolutely WONDERFUL. So easy going and fun to work with. I’m so glad we chose him. Thanks to everyone’s reviews… of course!

I love chalkboard signs & really wanted to create one for us to use, I ended up making two different kinds. One is a cute/cartoonist arrow and the other a small hanging heart! I also put together some letters on dowels. Will show you some pictures at the end!

There were also a couple of other items that I wanted to include in my shoot. I ordered:
-6 Mickey head balloons in Red, Yellow & Blue from EBAY
-2 Grape Soda badges from ETSY

Those mickey heads are very very tricky to inflate! We had one fatality in our efforts. If anyone else considers using them in their pictures be careful with the heat! Towards the end of our shoot the heads started to deform. Mickey only had one weird looking ear & head on two of our balloons!!

We also integrated our adventure book.

SO for the past week after our shoot I literally STALKED Randy’s facebook looking for a preview of our pictures & today I finally got them and all I can say is WOW.

I am so very happy. I was talking on the phone with Jordan and just started screaming "He posted them…. He posted them!" I think I scared Jordan. He had NO idea what was going on. So I’m not going to lie, I think have looked through the pictures like 10 times.

Oh guys i've really had an AMAZING day. Not only did i get these awesome pictures I also got a job offer.

Jordan && I have been living apart- 2 hours. So I've been searching for another position, which is next to impossible these days. So I had a interview before we left for Disney & then had a second interview this week... they called and offered me the position this afternoon. Only draw back is that it is a 30 min. drive without ATL traffic. BOO!

But I also had another interview for a position less then 10 mins away... OH how amazing that would be. ALL I have to say is my life is great right now. So very blessed...

Okay guys i'm stepping down off my soap box. haha

I saw your pics up on Randy's facebook page, and I LOVE them! Seriously, they are some of the best engagement pics I have seen. They are fun and just beautiful.

Randy Chapman is a genius as far as I am concerned, and I just don't understand why some people don't like his style. Besides having a DFTW, DH and I feel that hiring Randy was the best decision we made in regard to the wedding.

Thanks everyone! I really am so HAPPY with how they turned out. Now I will just be waiting && checking the mailbox for our C.D.

Randy really was great... We had a backpack filled will all our props && he looked like a super photographer carrying two cameras, wearing a big packback & walking around with our balloons.
