Made it back safely from Foxwoods!! Hope you all had a great weekend! We didn't win any money, but we did come back with all of our money too.

I told DH we should stop since we could spend that money we were feeding the machine at Disney. . He agreed. We had a great time though.

Good Morning

Hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day!! Ours was very nice...DH and my dad were both home. Of course the afternoon was spent PACKING!!!!! And I did get most of it done. By the way....next Monday this time...I'll be....

Those of you who "know" me, know that I'm a hugh planner/organizer freak! This whole cruise deal is driving me crazy because I'm clueless! I have no idea what to expect or really how to plan Oh well...life must go on...

I just noticed a bit of a change on my upcoming reservation.

We booked CL Yacht Club Lagoon View.
Disney isn't showing that exact option anymore, it's changed to CL Lagoon or Pool View. "Rooms are located on the fifth floor and offer views of a quiet pool or Crescent Lake..."
When I logged into my account, my reservation "magically changed to this new designation. I didn't mind the upcharge for a guaranteed Lagoon view, but a quiet pool view isn't worth the $$.
I called CRO, they added Crescent Lake view request on my reservation, hope it works.

Disney, why do you mess with my carefully laid plans??? Guess they were bored or something recently.

Good morning from beautiful California! Having a second cup of coffee and catching up before I go change for the graduation! There are actually two graduations here, a huge one in the football stadium which we are skipping and then after that each department has a reception and a graduation where they get their diplomas. We are off to that one in a bit.

Minnie&Nana, I am putting my vote in for an iPad! That is what I am using now. I have had mine for over a year it's a ONE, so it is the original and it is perfect for me. Portable, easy to use. It is tied into my Kindle so I can read books on it, and of course check the DIS I also like the fact that it can run off 3G (cell tower) as well as the internet so I can use it even when free wifi isn't available. Janet is considering one also!

Heather, it's almost time for your trip. I hope after Father's Day celebrations are over, you start packing!!!!

Hi Everyone

I'm really lost, but am enjoying all the pictures!!! I think everyone here is amazing, and everyone has such beautiful families!!! I especially love Candace's new necklace!!! How fancy!!! I hope all changes are going great and everyone is doing well!!

I'm loving my iPad2!! It'll be perfect to take with me this week! My laptop is a beast with an extended keyboard. I love it for home--but not for travel. Anyone looking at the iPad should get it immediately!!

I'm not as ready as I would like to be for this week, but I will be by Wednesday night. Last week I was preparing for the garage sale, which went pretty well!!

Safe travels for Heather!! I'm debating on nails before I go... or just to go to Saratoga Springs on Thursday night I can't believe I'll be in Orlando in just days!! Where did time go?? Well I have a couple hours before work, so I better get to it!

M&N, I agree! I pondered for a bit today, and called CRO just to see what they said. They were puzzled, think it's a recent change. After that I called the YC IPO. It took a bit of patient explaining, but they did get that the reason I booked with the YC was the Crescent Lake view. While I was on the phone they noted on my reservation the recent change, and that my booking predates the new quiet pool or Crescent Lake view. They said I should be OK now. So, I've done what I can do. Fingers crossed!
