...this rate is for the Mousefest 2003. Do you think this is the lowest possible rate during the 1st week of Dec.? I just wonder if their is a possibility of a code coming out, or good AP rates....

Thanks for the help!;)

I'm not sure if you are talking about a standard/preferred view and whether this is before or after taxes. Rack rates for that time frame are 77 standard/87 preferred so 59 is not quite 25% the rack rates. If an AP is available you *could* get up to 40% off, with tax on a standard room it would be a little over $50/night.

The $59 is before taxes, so it ends up about $66, for the MouseFest week.

The rate is 59 a night + tax, so it is about 23% off rack rate, a little better than DC or AAA discount. As I posted above, you could try for an AP rate and the discount could be 40% or so and you would pay a little more than 46 /nite + tax.

...what the trend is usually around the 1st of Dec.? Anyone know if there have been good AP rates in the past?

It's a pretty good rate, but probably not the lowest you'll see. Last December the rate was $55 with a code available to the general public, and the Annual Pass rate was $49.

I think I will book a "stand-by" with no deposit for now, and wait for better codes to come out in the summer! ;)
