AS Family Suites Question

We went last year, and didn't really like them. They are clearly just two standard rooms, with a wall missing, and a small kitchen.

It was hard to have a parents room, with 4 kids. 2 teen boys, a teen girl, and 4 yr old girl. There was really no privacy for the girls/boys. We ended up putting one of the fold out chairs in our room, squeezed it in there, so our 4 year old could sleep, when the other older one's would be watching tv, or hanging out.

Next time I need to house 6 people, I will just get 2 connecting rooms.

Others may have liked them, which is what is so nice about Disney, but we wouldn't do that again.

I should say, I would do it again if it was just the three of us. Then my now 5 yr old could stay in the one room, when we were in the parents room.

DH and I stayed in a Family Suite at All Star Music ( a value resort) last Sept. (2006)

We really enjoyed the Queen size bed, the kitchenette with the microwave, having a sofa and cushioned chair to sit on and relax after a day at the parks before retiring for the evening.

I thought the pullouts very comfortable.

They are designed so the back cushion and seat cushion of the pullout support the pullout. There is no meatle bar to hurt the sleepers back.
