After moving our Christmas stay to SSR over the weekend we started taking a look at food options. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Artist's Palette appears to gone back to their more eclectic menu. So many more things on there now for both Breakfast and Lunch / Dinner. Just thought I'd share the info for anybody with a stay coming up.
