Artist's Palette - What would you do?

Hey if you were Sorcerer Mickey and could change Artist's Palette at SS to a different dining experience, what would you change it to?

Exclusive fine dining

Moderate priced table service like Olivia's

Buffet style

or keep it as is...

We visited SSR this past Dec and finally saw AP. When I think of the restaurant the way it is now, I can't imagine it being anything other than cafeteria style. It is so large and open. We looked at the menu and were not that impressed. How about keeping it a food court and giving better selections?

Considering how much DVCers want a sit-down restaurant, you would think they would give us one! But somewhere more intimate.

I was there the first week of October and the place was empty. I think I would like some sort of combination maybe, as is and table service with more options. But anyway you look at it, once all those buildings are completed, it sure doesn't seem large enough for either.
