not that kind of passion.

I mean are you passionate about other things?
For example, I am passionate about places Ive been. I absolutely love the Oregon Coast, Skagway, Alaska and of course WDW. Its more of an obsession really. A lot of people just dont understand how you can be passionate about places.

Im also passionate about my beliefs and my convictions, my love for my family.

I guess thats just my nature though. When I feel something I feel it deeply, not just a base feeling.

I know a lot of people who go through life and not feel strongly about anything I have to feel strongly about something...

I guess coming here with all my fellow Disney-aholics I thought you all might understand

Absolutely! I think all of us here on the DIS are passionate about WDW or DL or Walt Disney. I see a lot of passionate people on the CB. Not just about Disney, but other issues or "things" too!

I'm passionate about animals, children and nature. I'm all about protecting, respecting and nurturing all three.

I'm passionate about my beliefs.

I'm passionate about music. Certain pieces, whether it be rock and roll or classical, I can not only hear the music, but I can feel it.

I'm passionate about really good "gourmet" chocolate. Oh, maybe that borderlines on the other type of passionate.

Third world countries and the atrocities that go on are one of my biggies... how can one world be so different.. One person makes $2.50 a month, and an American blows that on a daily Starbucks run...


Obviously corrupted governments go into that, we wont go there.


My beliefs, family, and other things.


Reading, education, literacy.


Marriage, vows, and resolve.


Perserverance, through challenging times.. yes, you can be complecent or full or perserverance... I am passionate about perserverence.

Absolutely - and I hate it when people say that I don't care and that I'm a mean and angry person (that is just an example of what I was called to someone just this past weekend). Angry and mean people are not passionate about things. My biggest passions are Girl Scouting - making sure girls are given the rights and knowledge to obtain the abilities to experience EVERYTHING that they wish to that the world offers; Habitat for Humanity - I've always been passionate about it because it was a consideration at one point in my life - I had come to a realization that the only way I was probably going to be able to provide a home of our own for my dd was to look into qualifying but then my dh came along and now I can give back to the idea and help others; Hospice - I believe they are a wonderful organization that helps many families get through the realization, pain, agony, anger, and stress of lossing a loved one; Anything to do with violence against women and children - <b>NO</b> WOMAN OR CHILD SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH PAIN AND SUFFERING EVEN THOUGH IT DOES HAPPEN!; and I have a few smaller ones but these are mine that hit me the most and make me want to be involved in my community and to help make life better for those that aren't able to make it better for themselves at certain points in their life.

I can be.

There are also some topics that people feel very passionate about that I could care less about. Mostly controversial things - I just don't get too worked up about stuff like that. I don't like to debate those issues with anyone.
