Are you a HH owner? Original or on resale? Using other DVC points?

Hey, we will be there Sunday too!
We have 150 which isn't enough since we need (at least) a 2 bdm, though I am actually considering selling. We LOVE Disney's HHI, but we will need to find a pet-friendly place to stay on future visits. That leaves Disney out.

Never stayed at Disney's HHI, but visited there. We've been to Hilton Head at least once at year for a long time. Looking buy into DVC when I decide which resort.

As far as pets go, you may want to also check out VRBO.com. It is a little cumbersome to wade through the different rentals, but some listings show a "pet friendly" icon.

They are now charging $95/point. I called last week, and want to add on 50 pts, April UY, and my guide said, no problem, I have the points available right now!! We are contemplating this as we speak.

Just FYI: with 10% down: 50 pts- 5 years is $90/mo
with 10% down: 50 pts-10 years is $56/mo

That is what he quoted me..
