The last of the December special rates expired at the end of Oct.

While it is probably too late for discounts from Disney World directly, there are other discounts available if you still want to stay on-site. Cheaptickets.com almost always has a 20% discount that is available for Walt Disney World property hotels. This is 20% lower than the rack rates you would get from booking from Disney. I booked my December trip with Cheaptickets and had no trouble linking their reservation to the My Disney Experience on the disney site.
