Are APH rates for 2004 higher than 2003?

I see that someone got APH rate for GV HRH in Jan @ $149.-

Just curious if that rate is higher than last year like the ent rates are - guess I'm surprised that hotelkingdom is lower than APH and wondering if Fan club rates will also be increased.

Hi Spidey! I have been checking religiously for dates in May, and none are available yet. I will post as soon as I hear anything.
