Are any signatures open for lunch?

I know Le Celier is, and we've eaten there for dinner before and liked it, but I have been reading bad reviews about their lunch. We'll be staying at Contemporary and will be spending most of our time in Epcot, so anywhere near either of those, on the monorail, etc, or even the boardwalk, would be convenient. If other places are open for lunch, which do you prefer?

The only one that comes to mind is The Hollywood Brown Derby in DHS. Even though Le Cellier is signature for dinner, it's not signature for lunch.

CRT is also considered a Signature.
