April PJs question: what to pack?

I am perplexed on what to pack for my almost 3 year old for our trip this month. We live in the Northeast where he has been wearing PJs and a sleeper every night all winter.

In the summer he typically wears shorts and a Tee to bed.

He hates being under covers.

I assume the weather will be warm, but am not sure if we'll have the AC on at night and he'll be cold.

What are you all bringing or do you suggest?

We usually do sweats when we travel. Can do just the pants with a tshirt, tshirt with undies, or the top and bottom together depending on the temp.

Just don't bring too many! I always overpack pjs when we go to WDW - my kids end up falling asleep on the way back, we just carry them in and put them to bed w/out changing their clothes.... I will not overpack pjs this time!

We just got back last night. My kids do use a blanket and wore short sleeve and the pant bottom jammies. Lo had a thinner one piece footed thing on since he hate blankets. I wors t-shirt and sweats. it was super hot last week there.
