April Moonlight Magic emails?

same here. So now I think it will limit us to only 1 device dang it. I'm hoping to get only 2 tickets. Good luck everyone!

I had tried the membership # earlier and that did not work. Now it is working. They really need to let people know what the "code" is. MS told me there would not be a code needed and that it was a site error that would be corrected before 11 am.

Member ID was required when first clicking the link for the last registration period (Winter Season events), but it was worded better.

It now says "enter your membership number" instead of enter your code. So I think they fixed it.

Do people think it will still be okay if I have two devices on for this? I am just worried that I will accidentally close the webpage because I am going to do some work on the computer while waiting for this. I understand that the two devices will have the same number in the line.

Ok I have a screen that just says Welcome Home, Members with pluto. am I in the right place? Put in my member number and this screen popped up. I don't see a Queue number anywhere? Am I doing something wrong. Do I have to do this again around 11 am or are people already in the queue? Haven't done this in years would appreciate any help!

The Queue ID is near the very bottom of the page. As long as you see the countdown to 11 am, you are in the right spot.

I do not see a countdown to 11 am. I only see pluto with blue backgound, and it has the three events listed. Am I in the wrong spot? But there is nothing else to click. I also do not see the Queue ID at the bottom.

If you use multiple devices, just know that when it is your turn, the one that joins the registration page first may prevent the second device from entering the registration page - because the queue ID gets invalidated by the first device.

So it is fine to have them both open, just don't leave both open and go out and only have access to one of the devices, because one will load faster than the other and the slower one may not get into the registration page.

DVC did something to mess up the page - it is all there, but you can't scroll down anymore.

If you're on a laptop, and you make the window bigger or go to full screen you'll see more of the text but still can't scroll down to see the countdown clock.

Sounds like the page didn't load properly. If you clicked the link either from the email or posted on page #1, then you are in the right place. Maybe close the browser window and try again. Maybe use a different browser if you have another one.

I don't see a queue number. Just a picture of Pluto and the Moonlight magic welcome home. Where do you see any kind of countdown to 11 or a queue number? UGH All I see is the picture. I have tried on all different browsers too. Am I too early or are people actually in the queue already. Thanks for any help

For anyone who is having difficulty seeing the entire page (i.e. the content towards the bottom), go into your browser's main menu and move the zoom out to like 50%. They apparently are having some issues with displaying the entire screen correctly.

On a positive note however, it does look like they have taken some steps to close some loopholes that were being taken advantage of. It looks like your place in like (i.e. queue ID) is now tied to your membership number. So regardless of how many windows you open, you will have 1 place in line. And if you don't have a valid reservation tied to your membership number, you can't even get past that initial screen.

I also only see Pluto. No event dates and no countdown clock...
I zoomed out on the browser and got it. DIdn't even know that was a thing lol
