The link is still not working for me. Has any figured out what to do yet?
Mine still asks for a code.I seems to be a faulty captcha. The window I had opened with the link now shows this message:
Solving captcha took too long
The captcha has to be solved in 5 minutes. Otherwise you have to start over, e.g. by clicking the button below to get a new place at the end of the line.
I doubt that MS truly knows. The queue is handled by a third party site, Queue-it.I called and spoke with someone at MS. They said that it is like that until 11:00 am. I don't think that is true, unless this is their way of preventing people to sign on with multiple devices?
I am not getting the captcha.Member Services just doesn't know what to tell people calling. I wish they would submit a ticket to their IT when this gets reported.
There is definitely a problem, the captcha isn't loading, the code they're asking you to enter is a random code that gets display in an image. Kind of like this:
