April Moonlight Magic emails?

I seems to be a faulty captcha. The window I had opened with the link now shows this message:

Solving captcha took too long​

The captcha has to be solved in 5 minutes. Otherwise you have to start over, e.g. by clicking the button below to get a new place at the end of the line.
 
The link is still not working for me. Has any figured out what to do yet?

Mine still asks for a code.
 
I called and spoke with someone at MS. They said that it is like that until 11:00 am. I don't think that is true, unless this is their way of preventing people to sign on with multiple devices?

I doubt that MS truly knows. The queue is handled by a third party site, Queue-it.

It does not appear that the page is automatically refreshing, so we may have to manually do that close to 11. For now, I'm refreshing every so often.

I just talked to member services and they told me it was fine that there was no code needed. They said the website would refresh 10 to 15 minutes before 11 am and I'd be fine. I don't 100% buy that bc it was working earlier this morning and it's Disney IT but guess we'll see!

If anyone hears anything else please share.
 
On hold with DVC now and they insist it is because it is too early. I told them that last time, we still get a welcome page which said we were early to register and to try back closer to time. I told them it is a broken link which needs to be fixed
 
Member Services just doesn't know what to tell people calling. I wish they would submit a ticket to their IT when this gets reported.

There is definitely a problem, the captcha isn't loading, the code they're asking you to enter is a random code that gets displayed in an image. Kind of like this:

Yes, thats the problem right now - the captcha isn't loading, just the box asking you to type in the code.

Eventually if you wait long enough, you'll get an error page that looks like this:

Thanks to all who called. Saved me from staying on hold. I bet they are swamped with DVC member calls. I will give them a break from one more call :rotfl2:
 
So, I put my member number in as code. That worked… strange.
 
Looks like multiple devices will no longer work - it is assigning your queue ID (look at the bottom of the webpage) based on the member number you typed in, so if you use multiple devices, they all will get the same spot in line. It used to generate a unique queue ID for every device.
