April Exercise Challenge..April totals pg 27 # 400!

20 minute walk+20 minute walk+10 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on treadmill. 550/1000
 
Did another 60 minutes tonight between the dreadmill and the bike, bringing me to 665/1100
 
My daughter and I took our Long walk tonight and walked for 120 minutes. My total now is 900/500

I am hoping to be able to weigh tomorrow and post my weight loss. :cool1:

30 minutes strength training! Puts me at 580/1100.
 
440/600 is my new total :) 60 minutes today: 15 minute walk, 25 minute eliptical and 20 weights and crunches

Great job everyone! YOu are keeping me motivated.
 
Please add 114 minutes for me. Did an hour on the elliptical yesterday and a 4 mile run/walk today.

I went to the gym this morning and worked out on the treadmill all up hill for 40 minutes. That brings my total to 940/500

I now have lost a total of 10 pounds. :cool1: :cheer2:
 
My exercise is down this month! I better kick it up.

I am at 575/1200
