Great job, everyone!! :woohoo:

Just reaalised I've got 80 minutes to go to make my goal! Thankfully tomorrow is monday and I'm meeting up with my sister for our usual 90+ minute walk along the river;)
Thanks for organising this Keenercam:)

Friday I had 0 -- spent the day with friends and we had a cheat day I'm afraid. :headache:
Yesterday I played soccer with my dog. :rotfl: Sounds funny but it's a lot of running around! 15 minutes was all I managed yesterday. :headache: again.
Today I raked gravel for 10 minutes :faint: then raked fertilizer and topsoil for well over an hour. :faint: x2.

New total:

You guys have totally rocked this challenge! :cool1:

I think I have everyone up to this point. Let me know if your total/color isn't correct! :grouphug:

Not gonna make my goal again for another month - bummer! Stupid back injury! I did some more work in the pool over the weekend. About 60 minutes in the pool on Saturday, running in place and doing leg lifts. About 60 minutes on Sunday doing laps.

680/1000 so far this month!

I am going to leave it at 1000 for my goal next month. I figure I will get a lot of time in while I am at Disney this coming weekend - plus the race Saturday night!!! :cool1:

Congrats to all our exercisers this month! :goodvibes Whether you made your goal or not you are a winner for trying! :thumbsup2

And a big, BIG thank you to our hostess with the mostest, Cam for keeping track of us, encouraging and inspiring us! :flower3:

After my race last week I was up to 850:
4/25 30 short run
4/26 30 short run
4/28 210 (10 slow miles:goodvibes)
4/29 120 housework for half the day calling it 120

which brings me to 1240/1200 :woohoo:

Woohoo! Great job, Lisa! I love seeing all the challengers' colors changing. Today is the last day to get those minutes in for April, everyone!!! Keep up the great work! I will keep an eye on this thread for as long as anyone posts to it, and I will continue to update the first post with any additional minutes/color changes for anyone who posts here.

I have really enjoyed hosting this challenge because it helped me stay accountable, too. And it has been so much fun getting to know all of you who are posting, and to see each of you supporting fellow challengers.

So, shall I start the May challenge thread? Or does someone else want to do it?

Just got home from our Disney trip last night. Hit the gym this morning and did 30 minutes wt machines and 50 minutes cardio. Not sure how to track the walking we did at Disney,:confused3 but let's just say I didn't make my goal this month. If you do start a thread for May, count me in! I'm determined to set a goal and make it this time. No vacations planned, so I should be able to do it!

Thanks Cam for keeping us going. You did an awesome job!!:cool1:

4/29 75 minutes strength and cardio

Cam, thanks SO much for having the duty this month. You are amazing! :goodvibes

PS: I leave for WDW tomorrow night!:cool1:

1725/1200 another 50 minutes on the elliptical hoping to do more later to finish out the month

Lois, great job getting in whatever minutes you did. I am sure you walked more than a few hours' worth of minutes every day that you were in the parks. Think of the time in the parks, walking to/from the car/monorail/buses, etc. I'd definitely say you should give yourself credit of at least an hour for every few you were out and about. How about pool time? Any of that? You should guestimate your minutes and post them here, so that I can update your total and color. :goodvibes

Great job, Tracey! When do you leave for WDW?

Okay, I started the new thread for May. Come post over there, everyone, and join me.

Cam- Don't leave until June 23rd but we're already starting to pack already! I have my clothes in ziplock baggies and plan on putting them in a suitcase in a few minutes! It's been so cool here I probably won't need too many of my summer clothes before we leave!

You are obviously a bit of a planner, like me. I already have a list going of what clothes/outfits I am packing for our July trip to Jamaica! :goodvibes

381/1020

29 - 39 min

420/1020

I did my first 5k race this weekend. I started off to fast, got caught up in the excitement of the crowd, and than there was a steep incline around the 1k mark that I ended up walking up. According to the results online I did the run in 39:07, I was 38th overall, and 16/18 in my age group. I am happy with my time, I was aiming for around the 40 min mark. I am signing up for my next race after work tonight, it will be a 10k on June 3rd. :cool1:

Congrats on your first 5k! That is an awesome time, especially for your first race and even with a bit of walking. :cool1:

Well, urr..

I totally fell off the wagon last week. After a really hard workout Monday night work started to get to me and I didnt' hit the gym all week. Plus finding Mad Men on Netflix... I've been doing this all week:

:happytv::happytv::happytv::happytv::happytv:

Trying to make up for it in the last two days of the month though!

I got in 120 minutes of Derby on Sunday and I'm going to try to do a double gym workout tonight to put me over my goal though. Not the best way to do it, but at least the channel got me back on the horse sooner than I would have otherwise though.

810+
60 minutes cardio sculppt last Monday
120 minutes of derby Sunday
+120 minutes of cardio strength and step tonight = 1110. I'll confirm tomorrow that I made it!
