Happy May 1st! Woohoo!
I just did a slooooowwwwww half marathon this past weekend in Oklahoma City in honor of the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing in the mid-1990's. What a moving experience. The folks of OKC are the best! I highly recommend this race -Oklahoma City Memorial Run
My total exercise minutes for April is 1350. Cam, thanks for being our leader this past month. You rock!
Wow! I am so impressed with everyone's determination!
For those who didn't meet their goal, I hope you give yourself credit for the fact that you still got lots of exercise minutes in. You might not have had quite that many if you hadn't set a goal and challenged yourself.
I think we will still be seeing some month-end minutes posted here. I'll give it a day or so and then total the minutes. That will be fun.![]()
