April Exercise Challenge -27,527 minutes reported!

Updating for last week. Started out with 810/2000.

April 15 - 110 mins - power walk
April 17 - 30 mins - run
April 18 - 75 mins - yardwork; 55 mins - power walk with pup
April 19 - 51 mins - run; 54 mins - power walk with pup
April 20 - 60 mins - housework; 62 mins - power walk; 90 mins - I volunteered to pass out flyers for a neighborhood art festival - whew, that was a workout, climbing porch steps, sidestepping bushes, and it was raining the entire time. My team member was at least 10 years younger and he said the same thing - we both have a new appreciation for our mail man.
April 21 - 57 mins - run; 57 mins - power walk with pup
April 22 - 109 mins - power walk

That brings me to 1840 - almost there!

Coached roller derby on friday night for like 5 hours, but I'm giving myself 60 minutes as coaching is never as much exercize as playing...

Went to a fundraiser at the roller rink on Sunday night and skated 2 hours; low intensity (plus I had a cocktail!) so I'm giving myself 60 mins for that to. Back to real exercize today!

I should be on track to make it this month.

Also forgot to count Saturday, 30 minutes credit for all the housework I did, including up & down the stairs w/laundry, and sweeping/mopping/vaccuuming.

Today was a rest day because I started my new job today!

Did an easy 30 minutes on the treadmill last night - didn't want to push it too much.
So that brings me to 530/1000 so far this month!
 
I didn't get any minutes in on Sat. or Sun. 4/21, 4/22, being at my DD's volleyball tournament.

I did 60 minutes walk/run yesterday, Monday 4/23
and 60 minutes walk/run today, Tuesday 4/24

It was SO windy out today, I hope wind resistance helps give a harder workout, lol :upsidedow

Hoping to get some time in walking tonight on the treadmill to make up for lost time this past weekend. :yay:
 
I took Sunday off on purpose but I shouldn't have! I ended up having to take yesterday off too. I felt really under the weather and logged 0 for both days. :headache:
Today I was spring cleaning and scrubbing down my house and so far only managed 30 minutes on the Wii fit. Hope to get some more in later this evening.

4/24 20 minutes around the school track waiting on the other team to show up. I got a mile in. It wasn't very fast but hey, it's a mile right?! and I dodged the hurdles since we already had them up.
 
Skipped my workout this morning as I had a slight headache. Supposed to mow the lawn this afternoon and walk at the track tonight if the weather cooperates. If the weather doesn't cooperate I will do the elliptical tonight.

Have a Happy Wednesday! So confused what day of the week it is since I'm at work on a Wednesday! Will be really confused tomorrow!

Did a 5 mile race on Sunday my time was 1:25.05 or a 17:01 minute per mile pace -- a PR! :yay:

With the walking around before and after I'm calling it 120 minutes which brings me to 850/1200.

I have a 12 mile run on Saturday along with a few short training runs so will definitely be making my goal this month. :cool2:
 
I was at 111/600. I am counting my 2 10+ min. walks around my new job on Monday as 20 min. I did 10 min. on the Wii yesterday morning and 30 min. on the recumbent bike yesterday afternoon. I also spent 5 min. walking down and up the stairs (I work on the top floor) yesterday. No exercise today as my mom and I spent the evening at the mall searching for outfits to wear to work. We were somewhat productive. I am wearing petite pants again!

So, 111+20+10+30+5 equals 176/600 min. Thanks Cam!

I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 60 in my deepwater aerobics class last night, bringing me to 1615. :) I won't get any minutes in today because Howard and I are trying out a new restaurant tonight for Restaurant Week.

We have 5 more days, including today, to get those minutes, everyone! Keep moving!
