Oh my goodness....I started multi-quoting to say specific thanks for all the congratulations....but there are too many of you!!

So a big THANKS to all of you for the well wishes and congratulations. It was a very special day.
A couple answers to questions that got posed:
1.) Celebrating on the ship to Hawaii----definitely yes. We are still planning on Hawaii being our official honeymoon....so it will be 15 day celebration of our marriage for us! Incidentally, we called DVC already to let them know that our upcoming trip to WDW and 4 night on the Dream will be our first vacation since our LEGAL marriage, so we intend to wear the "happily ever after/just married" buttons and so they put "honeymoon" on our reservation for us-------but the Hawaii cruise is our real honeymoon becuase our actual wedding will be either the weekend of March 30th or April 13th...so Hawaii will come right after that. I don't know if Disney cares if you list two different vacations as your "honeymoon" with their booking---probably not----but we will be doing it anyway...and actually we're probably going to register this cruise as our official honeymoon online as a gift registry and invite guests who want to buy us gifts to log on and to prepay portions of our tips, excursions, spa packages, Disney dollars gift cards, etc.----which is a nice perk offered as a wedding gift registry through Disney that our
Travel Agent told us about....and would certainly help with some of the incidentals on this trip!
2.) Michael planning our "reception"---actually....we haven't talked to Michael lately....been so busy....we emailed back and forth a couple weeks ago but that was before we were married. Jason and I definitely feel like we have enough DIS &
DCL friends on this journey (and actually, depending on who's on the ship in April/May...there's several DCL cast members we'd love to celebrate with, too!) that we would love to have an informal get together onboard----although we don't want to pay for an "official" Disney wedding or reception....so we're not sure if we can get away with it really (I know we've heard Disney frowns on that kind of thing).....but it's something worth thinking about maybe.....maybe we can plan an informal deck part with sparkling grape juice and champagne or something....something like the Champagne Girls do?? Hmmmm.....interesting possibilities...
3.) Puppy updates on our blog---OK, only Pixiegran cares about this really...

---coming soon. I know our blog has been very slow because life has been hectic. I have to blog about our marriage first this weekend...then I will be putting up some of the more everyday things...like puppy updates, etc.
4.) Vests---no we didn't wear vests. We didn't dress up at all. Actually, this weekend like I said I'm going to write and post a blog about our official marriage with some pictures...but we just wore our regular clothes and it was on our back porch with my closest friend here in Rochester and Jason's step-sister as witnesses....it was very small and informal. The bigger deal will be in March/April before this cruise. We have already bought our vests and ties for that----they are not disney but they are a nod to disney....they are Orange and Blue (our favorite colors AND representative our "special" characters: Tigger and Roo)....and we have been thinking of ways to incorporate subtle disney touches into our wedding/reception if we can. For example, I've already started collecting MP3's of romantic songs that will play while our guests are being seated and during the "cocktail time" before the dinner & reception....and there are quite a few great Disney love songs on there....at the top of the list right now are "So Close" from Enchanted and "I See the Light" from Tangled. We have TONS of nice Tigger and Roo figurines, too....and so we haven't actually started thinking about our cake yet....but we'll probably have Tigger and Roo cake toppers (although I really want an orange and blue cake, too...so we'll have to see if it will look awful or not!
