Apology to Tampa, Florida area residents

Hi, all,

I am the one to blame for the God-awful storm we had last night, Saturday. I washed my car during the day and then it ever-so-slightly sprinkled afterwards causing my freshly cleaned windows to have spots on them.

So as I was driving to my brother's computer store for my short shift, I was wishing it would have at least rained enough to mess up the rest, then I wouldn't feel so bad. Well, at about 2:00 AM on Sunday, Heaven and Hell met right over my apartment. The sky lit up with the most awesome lightning strikes, car alarms were sounding due to the raucus thunder and it even hailed! Woohoo!

The good news, my car looks like someone poured liquid glass over it's entirety! As Dick Vitale would say, "It looks AWESOME, baby!"

Geez, you sent it as far south as Miami. My daughter was out running on the bridge to Key Biscayne and got soaked! Watch what you wish for!

Or I could have brought it back from WDW. I was at Epcot yesterday and it started raining around 8:00 - Illuminations still went off though. It was lightening off in the distance too. I did not hear it storming here in the middle of the night. I got home around midnight and I hit the bed and slept soundly all night.

Well, I dunno 'bout ceptin' an apology so fast. You should see my yard!!! Small limbs and leaves everywhere.....but, we did need the rain. Okay, you're forgiven.

I am thrilled, not for anyone's misfortune but because maybe it won't rain on my trip next week!!! Wash away, but if you do it anytime between the 7th and 13th I will pound on your door and demand an apology!
