AP time limit on being sponsored again

A couple of questions if anyone can help please ...

1. Can we be sponsored for francilien APs?

2. How long do you have to have NOT held an AP - ours expired approx 18 months ago but I have something in the back of my head telling me we can't be sponsored for APs unless you've had a 2 year gap?

1 - Yes

2 - It's at least 2 years so you're right that you can't be sponsored until after that time gap

I should have asked that first really, since the answer to the first question is irrelevant if we can't be sponsored anyway!
