Sorry... Nothing is going to change without human intervention... Obviously it would appear that I am not the only one, but rather this is a problem with the DVC AP's as a whole. In the past I would have expected at least a transfer to someone, or an "I'll follow up on that for you", but this inaction is new for me..... I won't even begin to relate the experiences I had on my last trip down when CRO had our reservation wrong (only 1 room vs 2 booked) and we were offered nothing to compensate other than a room at 5 times the price I booked (really!).. I sent e-mails and letters, but nothing back.... I'm really worried that customer service (the entire reason I am willing to pay more to go to disney) is tanking.... Beginning to regret the AP purchase altogether!
