AP discounts in late July and Oct.?

I'm thinking about purchasing an annual pass for our 2011 trip. We want to stay at BC or GF. Haven't decided between late July or late Oct- are there usually AP room discounts for those 2 deluxes in late July and late Oct?

I only checked for 2010, but there were AP discounts both in July and in October (not the entire month, but most).

I have an AP and enjoy getting the resort discounts, but I suggest that you not count on the discounts and make sure you're comfortable with the value you otherwise get with an AP (e.g. you'll be going more than 10 days and other discounts make it worth it).

I think there are usually discounts available, but you have to book them quickly after the rates are released for passholders. They have limited rooms available at each resort for the AP rates, and once they are gone, they are gone...so if you want to try to get an AP rate for those months you listed, book your ressie soon after the dates and rates are released for the best chances for getting a discount! GL
