anyone use E-Z car rental??

What are your thoughts? good? bad?

From what I have read regarding E-Z and other off site car rentals but near
Orlando International Airport (MCO)- stay away from them. I, normally,rent on-site at MCO and have had no problems. I rented once just off property, good price, but service, vehicle and tactics used to try to upgrade or more added costs were a real pain. Used hard sell on optional insurance and lack of additional agents to expedite the waiting line was very annoying. When I returned the vehicle, one agent on duty and a long line of people waiting. That
was my first and only time I have gone off property to rent a vehicle.

My friends and myself rented from there when we went to LA. I remember the prices being reasonable and my friend got an additional discount for being a teacher. The wait might have been longer then usual. But not crazy longer. And the rental office was shaped like a r/v/ trailer home.

We had a mini van and had no problems with it. Drop off was no issue either.

From my experience, they are the best of the smaller rental agencies. Especially at Orlando as this is where their corporate headquarters is.
