I purchased a ticket at the Disney Store in January, because the had a special 800 number to use for reservations, PS's, etc. The receipt with mine indicates that the number is good until September 30, 2004. I have used it several times with no problems. Now when I enter the numbers from the bottom of the ticket, I get a message that my ticket is no longer valid for the use of this planning number. I e-mailed Disney and didn't get much of a response.
Anyone know if there is a limit to the number of calls on the Disney Store Planning center 800 number per ticket or if there is a limited time after the first use? None of the literature I received indicated any expiration except the September 30, 2004 date.
I have found another 800 number to use in the few days remaining before we leave, but I am curious as to why the Disney Store Planning Hotline no longer works for me.
