. I think it is fair to compare them to other FUggs and even then they come up short. I bought my DD a pair of BearPaws Talls at TJ Maxx for $39 last week and the Bear Paws are also thicker and studier for just a little bit more than the Costco FUggs. BTW, no suede Uggs or FUggs are waterproof. You need to spray them and even once you do "waterproof" is a matter of opinion. They are great. Warm, soft, waterproof. I love them.
They must be different this year than in the past if what you saw were thin, PP. The pairs I have are truly exactly like the true Uggs. Minus the label, I wouldn't be surprised if they were made by Uggs. I have found Cole-Hahn men's shoes there before with a Kirland sticker on the box. They work out great deals.
My feet never got wet outside for hours in out very deep snow last year.
WhateverYes, steer clear of the Bear Paws. Not soft snuggley suede and the soles are thin on those.
. Obviously our experiences are different. The BearPaws I just bought were much nicer than the Costco FUggs I saw this weekend.
I'm not commenting on the boots but the name. I don't know about anyone else but when I was growing up Fugly meant something and that directly where my mind went when I read the name Fuggs. How did they not come across that while doing market research![]()

They aren't called Fuggs by the store - that is just something people call Fake Uggs for short
I think the box says shearling boots.

how do they run width wise? I have wider feet and having a hard time finding any that I can fit in.
