Anyone on Jenny Craig?

I totally agree with trying things you normally wouldn't eat. I have NEVER in my life eaten tuna fish or chicken salad and I LOVE the JC ones! They are some of my favorite lunches!! I don't really like mayo, so maybe that is why? I'm not sure, but those things are great!

Leaving for vacation tomorrow. Will try my best to make good choices and will be right back on program when I return. My plan is lots of fruits and cereal at breakfast, salad at dinner, and a sensible portion at dinner. My consultant is calling tonight. He said we will go over a few suggestions tonight too.

Thanks!! YOu can tell my mind is in a million places...packing always stresses me out.

I will be eating salads for lunch, not two dinners daily. LOL.... That won't help me!

And, I lost 2 pounds this week. Woo hoo.....

Talk to my consultant tonight. He was actually a big help and gave some really good vacation advice. I am taking my Success Made Simple book with me, too.

ok girls so im on my 6th day and i gained 5pounds i didnt eat any free foods didnt cheat drank nothing but water what is going on ???????? i know i checked the scale a little soon but my consultant calls tonight so i checked i am really bummed:confused3

I am not sure what could of happened other than you may be wearing heavier clothes than you did last week when you weighed in or it could be that TOM. I would definitely ask your consultant because that doesn't sound right.

Let me know what you find out.

i am soooo upset about it. all my consultant said was it could be me just adjusting to the diet, and to drink more water. its not that TOM at all so im really confused. i didnt eat any free foods or limited freebies just stuck right to the plan and drank nothing but water like 5glasses a day which is huge for me since i rarely drink at all. i even cut diet sodas etc..:sad2: she said if it happens again next week they will lower my calories:confused3 and i am wearing the same clothes as i did last week i always weigh myself in my jammies...ugh i just dont know ...

Something just doesn't sound right.... What calorie intake are you on? Even if that is a bit high, I can't see a five pound gain... I forget the number of calories that you would need to eat in order to gain a pound, but I doubt they have your calorie range that far off where you would have gained five pounds....

MainStMandy - what do you think?

There has to be an explanation behind this.... I just don't know what it would be.

Well it could be a couple of things...if you are drinking TOO much water that could be it. Depending on what level of activity you told them you were doing, you could be on the wrong calorie level. I don't usually have clients gain in the beginning of the program so I would guess the calorie level is incorrect.

Also your free foods won't affect your calorie level so don't be afraid to eat them if you are hungry :)

Make sure you are eating EVERYTIHNG on your menu. If your calorie level goes too low, you won't see a weight loss either. Good luck and keep us updated!!

i actually snuck a peek at the scale in the morning and the 5 pounds were off so im thinking it was because i weighed in the middle of the day after eating ...im hoping anyway. im only going to weigh in the morning now, but that still brings me to losing nothing my first week. im on the 1500calorie plan. i told the woman i dont exercise and i do have a desk job and she said she put me at a activity level of 2 whatever that means. i mean i go out alot and walk around stores and malls but havnt started working out yet...ughh i dont know but thanks for your responses i will let u know what happens next week...i am def expecting to see something next week or i will be very:mad: and i have been eating everything on the menu. the food is very good!!;) anyway i will keep u guys posted thanks again you guys are great:hug:

I obviously don't know your height or weight but based on your pic I am really surprised you are on 1500 calories. An activity level of 2 sounds pretty right, but the calories seem high. Let us know how this week goes and if you want to pm me your height and weight I can double check it for you :)

I am so sorry that this is happening to you.... I think Mandy is right and you are on a calorie plan that is too high for you... Hopefully, this is the week that turns things around....

How's everyone doing?? Ok here, I have been sick with a sinus infection...usually I am pretty good about sticking to my plan up until dinner but last night I had Boston Market and this morning I had a bagel with cream cheese!!! Yikes...I am having a consultation TODAY!

I hear you about the not completely sticking to the plan... Sunday night I at not one, not two, but four (yup four) sugar cookies with a thick layer of sweet frosting on top of them.... not sure what I was thinking there, but all four of em ended up in my belly....:confused3 Not much I can do about it now except to work out a little longer tonight to work off the calories....

Some days are just harder then others...

Belle, talk to your consultant and see about the lower calorie plan. I'm on the 1200 calorie plan and doing quite well. This is my 3rd week on JC and so far so good! I even ate out last week and still managed to loose this week according to my scale. I am very active though and that probably has a lot to do with my weight loss.

i talked to my consultant lastnight and she switched me the 1200 calorie plan, i am really hoping this does the trick:goodvibes i felt better today with the 1200 calories i didnt have the bloated feeling that i have had for the past 2weeks on the higher calories its not alot less food but it def helped. so i am expecting some good results next week;) i hope everyone is doing well.. i cant thank everyone enough for all the support!!
