I bought the food voluminzing cookbook. If you are on rewards, you get it for $5 off.
I would see if your center still offers the rewards, I would look into getting that as many centers have already done away with the "up to 35% off" thing and now only offer 10% off.

I put onion and garlic with celery and green/red peppers in almost everything - so yummy and makes everything very filling. Lot's of chipotle hot sauce! I also try to make sure I don't eat or drink anything after 7 p.m. and this has worked out very well for me.
i feel so much better with the lower calories!!
i did however cheat really bad on sunday
made it through breakfast then it was all down hill after that. i found out my husband got his hours cut at work and there was a bunch of other stuff. my father just had a heart attack a couple weeks ago. he is doing ok now but things were just a little tough. not that this is any excuse but i took it all out on myself. had chinese, soda, chocolate (lots of it)!!! ugh but i started fresh again on monday so hopefully that wont happen again, atleast for a while

) But other than that I have been on plan and I excercised TWICE! I did my balance ball on tuesday and this morning I did a 10 minute pilates thing for my core plus I am walking today at work. I also had to scrap SO much ice off my car yesterday that my arms are physically sore this morning.
