Ours were supposedly mailed out from Atlanta last Tuesday, but alas mine had not shown up. I remember the good old days when they used to just hand them to us with our paycheck. I just don't like relying on snail mail these days.

I'm still waiting for TWO of them!

Isn't it illegal if you get them after Jan. 31?

They by law have to mail them by Jan 31st. But it could take the mail a week or so to get to you, so you may have to wait.

We've still not received mine or my wife's yet.

Still haven't received mine yet either... our company is historically bad about getting them out before Jan 31st

If January 31 falls on a weekend, your company can legally give them out on the next business day...

This year, my school had them ready early... and actually gave them to us early..they didn't make us wait!!

Still Waiting!!!!!! I, too, thought they had to be mailed by the 31st

Just be glad your company didn't file for an extension. We found out Friday that we will get ours some time next month. Couldn't they at least tell us sooner?

I'm just waiting for mine - DH got his last week. My employer mailed them on Friday - from New York! We live in Washington State - so it will be at least 4 -5 days minimum...

I am still waiting on mine. Unfortunately our office manager does all the payroll stuff. Her son had to have a operation a couple weeks ago and is just now getting out of Childrens Hosp.

So, I can definately wait until the end of the week for mine.

We have DW's W-2, but not mine. I do have the end of year summary which I plugged into TurboTax. :wizard: and WHOOO HOOO! Big refund this year!

Will get even bigger when bank sends statement on mortgage interest and I add in business expenses and home office.

:jumping1: :jumping1:

Can't wait to efile!

I have mine, but not DH's... so does anyone else use their return to fund Disney trips? Does anyone not? We have for 7 years (ever since we had to move away from the Magic). I want to live in WDW. Actually it is a plan I have, shhh, don't tell DH yet.

My finace got all of his W2s already and e-filed his taxes yesterday. He's getting back twice as much as we thought, so we're definately doing the Magic Kingdom photo shoot after our Disney wedding.

I'm still waiting for all of my W2s. One of them, the company is jerking me around. The other will get here sometime this week because their year end is January 31st. Talk about weird.

While our refunds do not fund our trips, they sure make them cushier!

Missing some here too. But we moved last summer and I'm hoping they are being forwarded our way.........

I know I should have given our new address but I didn't think of it until last week.

This year the rule is they must be mailed by Feb. 1 since 1/31 is a Sunday.

I electronically filed our taxes yesterday. I miss the days when I used to be in charge of payroll and I would make sure they were printed out within days of closing out the year. The employees loved me.

I wish we could use our refund for a vacation. :( Alas, it's being put in the bank to cover the August tuition bills. Darn those kids! :lol

Someone asked about using our return for a Disney Vacation... we'll pay off a credit card with our return, then use the card again in December when we go to WDW... and pay that off with next years refund!

I just got my last W2 in the mail Saturday, I telefiled today, I am using my money to pay off my car loan, I won't totally pay it off, but after that I will only have $315 left to pay, which I should be able to do in Feb, with the refund I will pay it off that much sooner and be able to save money for my next trip to WDW, and for moving out to my own place.

I am still waiting on mine. Apparentley the company doesn't send them out until the last possible day.

Unfortunately, DH and I usually have about 25 W-2's and they can never seem to all come by Feb. 1st!

I'm still waiting for mine. The company I was working for at the beginning of the year is historically very slow at getting W2's out, so I probably won't be seeing mine for a while. :(
