Anyone not able to do online check-in??

I've been trying for over a month to do online check-in for my stay at OKW on Dec 1st. All I get are error messages & I'm now on hold with WDW for the 3rd time trying to get help. She's telling me she doesn't know what the problem is & that I should just wait in line and do standard check-in. I explained that's not what I wanted to do & I want to be able to add my room requests....any ideas how to get around this?

Are you using MyDisneyReservation.com? I used the regular Disney World website a few times but kept getting an error message at the end. I went to MyDisneyReservation and when I was through I received my email confirmation that I checked in.
