Anyone know what this is? Disney Destinations

It was found lying in front of our box, ripped open and nothing inside. Anyone know what was inside and should we be worried?

Kind of looks like the DVD envelope. Hard to tell as your pictures are really big and I have to scroll isde to side to see it.

Are you expecting documents? It could be that too. Or perhaps you have trash blown in your yard from a neighbor who is going.

We've recently booked a trip to Disney and I was hoping it was not some sort of itinerary. I'm scared it's something we'll need for the trip or something? This is our first time staying at a Disney resort and I'm a worry wart.

I did, however, do something through email requesting a DVD be sent to us. But my neighbor said she's had one mailed to her before and it didn't look like this envelope. It's just a regular sized envelope....could a DVD really fit inside it?

I think it might be the docs.
Give them a call and see if they'll resend them. Better to have them send them again soon JIC than realize that's what it was too late!

If it is a regualr envelope it does look more like what the documents would come in, but they usually don;t come till 30 days before. I leave in 35 days and havne't gotten anything yet. I did get an envelope with one peice of paper that said we had booked the trip and was paid, basically a receipt. Do you still owe on the trip? You cold call Disney and ask if it was mailed (if you booked through disney) and then tell them what you found.
You could also contact your post office.

We booked through our travel agent, but my husband called and spoke with Disney about booking and he said some dates were being held for us for seven days only. Could it be mail about that?

I plan to inform our post office of this indeed.

Oh I got one of those. It's just generic fliers and a letter to thank you for your interest in WDW. Nothing you can't find online

I think it is the envelope you get right after you book. I pulled mine out. Inside says "...you're bound to arrive at a magical place."
Outside says" If you follow your dreams..." has a castle in the clouds pic.

The envelope contains a newsletter with information about trip planning. It does have your last name in it. It also says which hotel you are staying at. It is filled with tips and ideas for your trip. It also included a card with the details about the dining plan I booked. It has a card with a vacation planning checklist. Finally, it has a small booklet with a property map and park maps.

- just compared your pics with the envelope mentioned above. They match. The DVD mailer is shorter and wider.

I never got one of those, just a reciept. How long after you booked did you get it? I booked a week ago.

I think it was within a couple weeks of booking. I would imagine that you will get yours soon.

I did book online through Disney. Don't know if that will make a difference.

Yep, exactly what it was. We just got ours about 2-3 weeks ago.

We recieved somthing that looked like this a few weeks after we booked our trip. It had a letter in addressed to us thanking us for coming back to Disney. And it also had a booklet with the park maps and a couple of other flyers in it.

We got one of those the last month. It had the new DVD and came with the park maps. The documents come in a regular size envelope with the castle on it.

Discounts are a postcard like material , they are not generally in envelopes.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm thinking it was probably some documents for your trip. We've always gone through our TA, but this is what it looks like when we get them. I've ordered the DVD before, and I don't remember for sure, but I don't think it came in a package like that, and that package doesn't look like something a DVD would come in. I'd call Disney ASAP and explain what happened and see what they think you should do. Good luck!
