Anyone know details on Bice Restaurant

Is it a restaurant that will require reservations and where is it located at the PBH?

In doing a search I found a post by JessicaR with this useful info:

I have eaten at Bice (BEE-chay) but not the one that just opened at Portofino. It is a chain.The food is good...no where near a comparison as what it replaced, Delfino Riviera. I wish they didnt change it but will give it a try anyway.
