Hey guys! I need some help on making a cake. DD's 1st birthday is tomorrow and I want to make her a cake to smash and eat. But I don't want her to have a sugary frosting that may make her sick. Any ideas on either a sugar-substitute frosting, or maybe one made naturally with applesauce, etc? I have to be able to tint it black and it's going to cover this cake. If I can make it work!

; that's why I never posted pics from that class. But I did end up getting a decorating job as my excuse!
I do want to go back and finish it up tho. We also have a fab decorator here that does private lessons, one of these days I'm going to do it.
