I know this should probably be on the WISH board but I want opinions from lots of people so I posted it here and I hope thats okay.

I am thinking of trying it. It is on the expensive side but our local Center is on the top 10 in the country for helping people and pushing them to get the weight off.

So any advice or experience???

Yes - and it was the most successful experience I have ever had. I have never really needed to lose a lot of weight but at the time I was getting concerned that I was getting a little too big for my britches. They were able to actually help me understand that the actual weight on the scale is irrelevant, its what your body typoe should be carrying based upon measurements and body fat analysis. They take an approach that is based upon what your body will be able to do which is based upon scientific measurements. It was a very long time ago that I did the diet, but I still make many of the recipes. I am not the best to tell you how the plan works since it was so many years ago and diet centers change to meet the new research or new trends a lot over the years. I also went to a very small center and I can't remember very much from it.

I still use their weight they told me I should be to judge what I should lose. I thought it was a good plan.

I used Diet Center about 15 years ago and I was very successful. The only downside was that I got bored with what I could eat. I'm not much of a seafood person, so it really limited what I could have. It does work.
